Article 30
Right to clean environment

(1) Every citizen shall have the right to live in a clean and healthy environment (2) For the damage caused by environmental pollution or degradation, the victim shall have the right to receive compensation from the polluter in accordance with the law.
(3) This Article shall not be deemed to hinder the establishment of legal arrangements necessary for a proper balance between the environment and development in the work related to the development of the nation.
